Alfonso A. is a partner in the Crepes and Crabs Corp. Group. He acts as Executive Chef and President of the corporation and oversees all food operations and the hiring, training, and management of the kitchen and catering staff.
Born and raised in Guayaquil, ECU, Alfonso moved to Miami after graduating from the University Laica Vicente Rocafuerte to attend Keller Graduate School of Management.
Alfonso has a 20-year career as an Restaurateur, and restaurant consultant.
During his restaurant career he started food establishments in his home town GYE. He was owner of a “Crepemaker” Franchise in the Town of Coconut Grove where he proudly gain lots of great customers and friends.
Now Chef Alfonso starts this venture to continue with a great Florida and Miami Tradition, The Original Crab House, where he ambitions to keep providing great customer service right along with the best food you can have, made with soul and love
